WHY IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Routine wrapping needs — shipping prep every Friday, quarterly outdoor staging, the same 50 boats every fall. Calling a contractor for every one means waiting on the schedule and paying premium rates for repetitive work.
On-site training puts the capability with the people already there. One-day session, your equipment, your materials. The crew handles routine wraps on their own. Complex or one-off jobs stay on callback.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
3–6 people per session, working on your equipment, with your materials, on your dock or yard.
All five film attachment methods, propane heat tool handling, ventilation placement, and on-site safety.
We spec the equipment before training day. Past clients get 20% off the starter kit and initial film order.
WHO IT'S FOR
Manufacturing Plants
Warehouse, maintenance, or shipping crew trained on outbound shipping prep, outdoor staging, and tooling preservation. Operation runs on your schedule, not the contractor's.
Marinas & Boat Storage
Dock crew trained on standard runabout and cruiser winterization. Routine wraps go in-house, oversized or fragile boats stay on standby with our team.
Military & Government
On-base training at CFB Kingston, Petawawa, Trenton, or other Ontario installations. Full vendor documentation, paired with ongoing film and consumable supply agreement.
INSURED & COMPLIANT
Every site we work on receives the documentation it needs. If your facility has a vendor portal, we complete it.

Three to six. Smaller and you're paying for capacity you don't need; larger and the one-on-one coaching breaks down. More people = multiple sessions over consecutive days.
Yes. Training covers routine wrapping — shipping prep, standard winterization, basic staging, tooling. Oversized loads, complex containment, emergency barriers, and scaffold enclosures stay with our team.
Yes. Toronto corridor, Montreal, and farther on request. Travel and per diem added to the training fee for sites outside the Ottawa/Kingston/GTA range.
Most teams are wrapping unsupervised by end of day one. We follow up by phone for the first month — free — to answer questions as your team works through real jobs.
Yes. Properly installed shrink wrap helps keep assets clean and dry for extended storage. Venting and correct installation techniques reduce moisture issues and help prevent damage over time.
Item type, approximate dimensions, location (city/site), timeline, and whether it’s for shipping or storage. Photos help a lot, especially for oversized equipment or irregular shapes.
Yes. We carry liability insurance and meet common jobsite safety requirements (WSIB compliance, WHMIS, Working at Heights, and hot-work/site rules where required), so vendors can be approved faster.
